It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra F. Moore of Buffalo, West Virginia, who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Arles Alton Covert and Sylvia Lyons Covert. She is survived by : her husband Arthur "Cubby" Moore; her sons, Jamie Burgess (Jill) of Red House and Jody Moore (Micah) of Red House; her siblings, Larry Covert (Phyllis) of Red House, Donna Ball (Bill) of Eleanor, Shelia Pitchford (Garry) of Midway and Beverly Barbour (Mike) of Midway; and her grandchildren, Ethan Burgess, Courtney Burgess, Josie Moore, Gabriel Moore and Kobey Guess. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
