He is survived by: his children, Michael Higginbotham of Alabama and Carrie Jo Dempsey (Chuck) of Chillicothe, Ohio; his grandchildren, Shaun, Sara, Courtney (Adam) and Kyle (Brenna); and his great grandchildren, Maddie, Gracie, Weston, Jensen, Mila and Aurora.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Raynes Funeral Home - Buffalo (20072 Charleston Rd, Buffalo, WV 25033). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
