She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Herrod and Cleola Baker Herrod; her son Thomas Jay Woodruff; and her brothers, Ernie and Junior Herrod.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Woodruff; her daughter Melissa Park; and her siblings, Robert Herrod and Cloyetta Moore. She is also survived by her three grandchildren; her seven great grandchildren.
