He was predeceased by: his wife Gwendolyn; and his son David Milburn III. He is survived by: his children, Carla Burtt of Gerrardstown, Tammy McCullough of Martinsburg, Crissy Milburn of Augusta, Marty Cloud of Linden and New Jersy. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and numerous friends.
