In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Homer leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Homer may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer W. Richards, Sr. and Nannie M. Mullins Richards; his wife Linda Lou Richards (Sark); and his brother Jimmie L. Richards of Martinsburg. He is survived by: his children, Homer W. Richards, III of Inwood and Melissa Ann Burch of Inwood; and his brother Randall R. Richards of Bunker Hill. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the South Berkeley Chapel of Brown Funeral Homes (287 Arden Nollville Rd, Inwood, WV 25428). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
