Simmons (McCrobie); his siblings, Norma Cosner (Lawrence) of Short Gap, WV, Eleanor Stump of South Carolina and Brett Simmons (Debby) of Cumberland; his cousin Randy Shrout; and his niece Amber Shrout.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home ~ Keyser Chapel (85 S Main St, Keyser, WV 26726). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
