He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vernon, Bess Rexroad and Lena Smith; his aunts, Mary Ann Harvey and Michelle Keckley; and his uncle Maurice Lee Smith.
He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Dale and Bonnie Marie Rexroad (Smith); his brothers, Michael Stickley (Brandy) of Purgitsville, WV and Samuel Casey; his grandfather Steven Smith (Linda) of Richmond, VA; his uncle Harry Smith (Shelby) of Burlington; his siblings' children, Arielle Stickley, Noel Shreve, Jordyn Rexroad, Malachi Rexroad and Annaleise East; and his cousins, Steven Smith Keckley, Sahara Smith and Tabitha Harvey.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Burlington Volunteer Fire Department (1640 Northwestern Turnpike, Burlington, WV 26710).
