She is survived by: her children, Barbara A. Plum (Tim) of Burlington and Jeff L. Blackburn (Mandy) of Burlington; her stepdaughter Kim Bruce of Keyser, WV; her grandchildren, Jared R. Plum, Peyton A. Blackburn, Lillee G. Blackburn and Ryder H. Blackburn; her great grandchild Alayna L. Blackburn; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Swick of Keyser and Janet Williams (Ray) of Arthurdale, WV. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (2266 Northwestern Turnpike, Burlington, WV 26710). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
