He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett E. Rohrbaugh and Audrey V. Rohrbaugh (Cannon); and his sister-in-law JoAnn Rohrbaugh. He is survived by: his daughter Tina Smouse (Kevin) of Augusta, WV; his grandchildren, Kaison Rohrbaugh (Alexis), Taven Rohrbaugh (Kayla), Kierra Grapes (Robbie), Jordan Kidwell and Janie Chonko (Dakota); and his siblings, Raymond Rohrbaugh of Burlington, Frances L. Dolly (George) of New Creek, WV, Nancy M. Champ (Carl) of Purgitsville, WV and Faye A. Shrout (Rick) of Augusta, WV.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (2266 Northwestern Turnpike, Burlington, WV 26710). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
