She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Vance and Edith May Vance (Hartman); her husband Kenneth Foster Heavener; and her brothers, Junior and Daniel Vance.
She is survived by: her son Timmy Heavener of Cabins, WV; and her brother Bruce Vance (Sue) of Onego, WV..
