She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William Davis and Martha Ellen Davis (Long); her siblings, Mary Barkley Kisamore and George W. Davis; and her granddaughters, Heather and Heidi Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Merritt (Alvin) of Cabins, WV, Carla Berg (David) of Petersburg, WV, Danny Lee Davis (Peggy) of Franklin, WV and Alvin Dean Merritt of Elkins, WV; and her siblings, Sylvia Mallow of Red Creek, WV, Ruby Teter of Franklin, WV and Jerry Barkley of Onego, WV. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and one great -great grandson.
