It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Anthony Collins of Cairo, West Virginia, who passed away on February 8, 2026, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Russell Collins and Virginia Dare Jenkins Collins; his sister-in-law Kelly Collins; his granddaughter Tessa Hill; and his close friend Matthew Heiney.

He is survived by: his wife Denise Nicole Collins; his children, Scott Anthony Collins II (Paxton) of Cairo, Desperado Hiley (Storm) of Cairo, Kari Barr (Phil) of Elizabeth, Tiffany Stevens (Mark) of Nitro, Nicole Graham (Jared) of Teays Valley, Steven Scott Collins (Krystal) of Dunbar and Erica Collins of Nitro; his siblings, Rusty Collins of Parkersburg, Phil Collins of Cairo, Terry Collins (Loni) of Lubeck, April Teel of Parkersburg and Allison Daggett (Chris) of Washington, WV; his grandchildren, Emogen Collins, Ava Hiley, Raider Graham, Kyra Hill, Raelynn Stevens, Lilliana Stevens, Brylee Collins, Anthony Smith, Sierra Smith, Ashlyn Collins, Alexis Thomas, Jack Graham, Lainey Graham and Luke Mahoney; and his great great grandchildren, Callie and Parker Collins.
