She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Spencer Wallace; her husband Robert Joshua Polan; her sister Pamela W. Arnold (Rusty); her nieces and nephews, Ann Dove (Jeromy), Cav Arnold (Shawna) and Elizabeth Arnold (Jonathan Parker); her niece-in-law Tasha Arnold; her great-nieces and great-nephews, J. R. Weikle, Kyleigh Weikle, Ivan Weikle, Naomi Weikle, Chase Arnold, Gunner Arnold, Kyler Arnold, Bre Theriot, Lylah Arnold-Parker, Zoey Arnold-Parker and Harlow Arnold-Parker; Kai and Zayden.

The family strongly suggests that Judy would like memorial contributions be made to Peyton Hospice House, 1265 Maplewood Avenue, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
