She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Washington Mentz and Shirley Ann Dowdy Mentz; and her brother Harvey Washington Mentz Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Roy E. Belcher; and her siblings, George Mentz and Junelle Khan (Shaffick). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
