He was predeceased by: his father Frederick Leon Smith; and his wife Chrystal Helen Smith. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Smith of Arnoldsburg; his brother Ted Smith (Patty) of Arnoldsburg; his sister-in-law Misty Robinson (Kevin) of DeKalb, Mississippi; his daughter Autumn Danielle Smith (Darrell) of Looneyville; and his nieces and nephews, Russell Smith (Debbie), Erica Houchin and Austin Robinson.
