The family announces the passing of Carla Jay Hall of Cameron, West Virginia on October 20, 2026. Carla, born on June 5, 1968, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Jay and Doris L. Hall (Lewis); her grandparents, Elzie, Mary Hall, Thomas and Lottie Lewis; her sisters, Donna Reynolds, Mary Wright and Sharon Clutter; her brothers-in-law, Kenny Tedrow, Paul Clutter and Harold Doty, Sr.; and her close friend Amy Piatt.
She is survived by: her sisters, Kathy Tedrow of Moundsville, Nancy Doty of Moundsville, Judy Courtwright (Terry) of Spraggs, PA and Tina Williamson (Dale) of Cameron; and her brothers-in-law, Rob Reynolds of Cameron and Joe Wright of Maryland. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a large extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Care Funeral & Cremation Service (1500 2nd St, Moundsville, WV 26041). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
