He was predeceased by : his parents, George Allen and Deloris Jean Emery Finnegan; and his sister Karen Sue Finnegan Gibson. He is survived by : his daughters, Ashley Finnegan, Nicole Whipkey and Rachel Day; his brother Bob Finnegan; his brother-in-law Roger Lee Gibson; and his grandson Cooper Day. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
