She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bessie Ingersoll and Riggle; her husband William R. "Bud" Woodruff; her siblings, Charles Burdette Ingersoll and Juanita McGary; and her daughters, Debbie Fitzsimmons (Mark) of Cameron, WV and Dennie Kay Neely (Sonny) of Cameron, WV. She was also cherished by four grandchildren.
