She was predeceased by: her parents, Smith Wetzel Trivett and Carolyn Jane Trivett; and her sisters, Sherry Matthews and Patricia Ann Ellison. She is survived by: her close friend Sam Ellison of Camp Creek; her daughters, Amber Trivett of Jacksonville, FL and Angel Fogarty of Jacksonville, FL; and her siblings, Veronica Addison (Norman) of Camp Creek, Michelle Phillips (Tim Martin) of Princeton, Matthew Trivett of Princeton and Joshua Trivett of Princeton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
