She was predeceased by: her parents, George B. Nicholson and Elsie V. Fogleman Nicholson; and her brothers, George William Nicholson and Gary Nicholson. She is survived by: her husband Karol W. Smith, Sr. of Capon Bridge, WV; her children, Wayne Smith (Juanita) of Winchester, VA, Ginger Fogle (Eric) of Frederick, MD and Nikkie Jackson (Chris) of Springfield, IL; her grandchildren, Devin Smith (Jordan), Logan Smith, Jacob Smith (Gracie), Travis Viands (Christy), Charlotte Viands (Aimee), Tyler Fogle (Cameron), Travis Fogle (Breanna), Samantha Easton and Adam Barr; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Fogle, Adeline Fogle and Jesse Easton-Finkenbinder.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anthem Church (Hayfield Assembly of God) (5118 Northwestern Turnpike, Gore, VA 22637). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hayfield Assembly of God (5118 Northwestern Turnpike, Gore, VA 22637).
