He is survived by: his children, Darlene C. Bendy of Augusta, Marvin W. Bendy Jr. of New Jersey and Gary J. Bendy of Augusta; his grandchildren, Jennifer Smith (Tony) of Maryland, Marvin W. Bendy III of New Jersey, Joyce Richardson (Daniel) of New Jersey and Elsie R. Bendy of New Jersey; and his nephew Christopher M. Parks of New Jersey. He is also survived by cousins and many, many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Giffin Funeral Home & Crematory (2807 Northwestern Turnpike, Capon Bridge, WV 26711). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
