Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Myra leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David F. Link and Elizabeth Haines Link; her husband Kenneth W. Cox; her brother William F. "Frank" Lupton; and her grandson C. J. Cox.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael S. Link (Tracy) of Winchester, VA and Pete W. Cox (Michelle) of Galax, VA; and her brothers, James (Lupton) and Leroy D. Link of Gore, VA. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Giffin Funeral Home & Crematory (2807 Northwestern Turnpike, Capon Bridge, WV 26711). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
