He was predeceased by: his father Richard G. "Dickie" Lee; and his brother Richard T. "Richie" Lee. He is survived by: his mother Judy Puffenberger LaFollette of Capon Bridge; his brother Steve G. Lee (Kim) of Capon Bridge, WV; his nephews, Josh, Jordan and Trevor Lee; and his close friend Julie Sheets. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
