He was predeceased by: his father Edward "Bill" Combs. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Jenkins Combs of Winchester, VA; his siblings, Eddie Combs, Glenna Pyne (Ray) of Winchester, VA and Dorothy Pyne (Donnie) of Clearbrook, VA; and his grandchildren, Tabitha, Kylie, Colby, Bella, Bryan, Tyler and Shayla. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
