She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Beavers and Hazel Beavers; her husband Walter Hale; and her brother Virgil Beavers. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Cheeks (Michael) of Caretta, WV, Dennis Hale of Vale, NC and David Hale (Dana) of Newhall, WV; her siblings, Mary Lou Dishman (Bill) of War, WV and Linzia Beavers (Iris) of Newhall, WV; her sisters-in-law, Priscilla Beavers of Lenoir, NC and Shirley Brooks of Bessemer City, NC; and her grandchildren, Shawn, Katie Cheeks, Brent Wassum, Corey Hale, Zen Hale and Zora Hale.
