He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Nolan and Louise Nolan of Paden City; his sister Belle; his brother-in-law Jon Pittman of Middlebourne; and his sister Janice Potts of Parkersburg.
He is survived by: his wife Doris; his daughter Sharla Watkins; his son-in-law Mike Watkins of Holly Springs, NC; and his great grandchildren, Arianna, Isaiah and Makayla Jones.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Homes (309 N 4th Ave, Paden City, WV 26159). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Valley Church (600 N 4th Ave, Paden City, WV 26159).
