He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Shultz. He is survived by: his father Joseph Shultz, Sr. of Morgantown; and his siblings, Joe Shultz, Jr. (Carolyn) of Grafton, Tracy Shultz (Karen) of Cassville and Kelli Stuart (Roy) of Cassville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends.
