She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick" Hughes; her daughter Shannon Elmore (Adam Elmore); her grandchildren, Emberlee Reese, Wesley Elmore and Willa-Jean Elmore; her mother-in-law Janet Hughes; her sister-in-law JoEllen White; her sisters, Teresa Dean (Doug Dean), Trudy Weaver (Joe Weaver) and Mandy Hackney (Byron Hackney); and her nieces and nephews, Makensie Dean, Ashley Garcia, Tyler Hackney, Nathan Hackney, Adam Milam and Jessica Smith. She is also survived by many other family members, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Living Hope Church (5345 Big Tyler Rd, Charleston, WV 25313).
