She was predeceased by: her husband Jeffrey D. Carrier; her parents, James Mangus and Joan Mangus; and her grandmother Marcella Tufts. She is survived by: her children, Kendra Burton (Brandon) and Brannon Carrier (Bruno); and her sister Janice Vincell (Harold) of Jacksonville. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends in West Virginia, including nieces and nephews.
