She is survived by: her children, Sandra Smith of Fort Mill, Raymond Terrell of Las Vegas, Nevada, Hermina Radford (Robert) of Jacksonville, Arkansas, William "Stu" Terrell (Donna) of Charleston and Paulette Hayes (Robert) of Columbus, Ohio.; and her close friend Donald White of Kimberly, WV. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren, along with extended family and many dear friends.
