He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Smith and Lillian Irene Myers Smith; his close friend Janet Anderson; and his sisters, Stella Maxine Duvall (Kib), Mary Kay Kimball and Martha Ann Lowther (Bob).
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Smith of Sardis and Harold Jason Anderson (Bambi) of Salem; his grandchildren, Curtis Anderson (Ally), Mary Lipscomb (BJ), Devin Anderson, Lillian Anderson, Kaitlynne Anderson (Dustin), Hunter Anderson, Kaden Anderson, Lane Anderson, Rilee Anderson and Emma Anderson; his great grandchildren, Cosima, Damien, Titus, Rayven, Paislee and Westin; his brother James Ralph "Jim" Smith (Doris) of Jackson County; and his brother-in-law Donnie Kimball. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
