He is survived by: his wife Richelle "Richie" Eddy Walters; his sons, Jeremy Michael Walters (Jorden), Jad Anthony Walters (Erin), James "Jami" Patrick Walters and Dylan Smith; his siblings, James "Jim" Donovan Walters (Bernetta "Bennie") and Patti Jones (Chuck); his grandchildren, Hannah, Cadin, Griffin and Jace; his great grandchild Josie; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Morgan, Bradley and Brian.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Kenova United Methodist Church (503 15th St, Kenova, WV 25530). A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
