He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry "Pete" Kitts and Betty Kitts. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kitts; his son Brandon Kitts (Larisa); his grandson Colton; his son Brad Kitts (Heather); and his siblings, Perry Kitts, Janet Kitts and Lisa Hutchinson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Reger Funeral Home & Crematory Ceredo-Kenova Chapel (1135 US-60, P. O. Box 907, Ceredo, WV 25704). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Terry's memory to Kingsbrook Life Center or Community Hospice of Ashland.
