He was predeceased by: his parents, Caisy Scaggs and Sarah Scaggs; his brothers, Kyle Scaggs (Mary) and Freddie Joe Scaggs; and his parents-in-law, Clyde Curry and Marie Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Curry Scaggs; his daughter Angie Stollings (Kevin); his grandchildren, Elijah Stollings, Hannah Stollings (Tyler Spurrier) and Seth Stollings; and his great grandchildren, Carter Baldwin and Adaline Stollings.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home, Inc. (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
