Barker and Brook Ann Barker; his parents-in-law, Arlie Bryant and Ann Bryant; his sisters, Janice Perez, Peggy Bryant and Sandy Hannah; his nephew Ronald Butcher; and his brother-in-law Ronald Toney.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Meadows (Bryant); his children, Kassandra Meadows Svedlind (Robin) of Trosa, Sweden, Glenn Daniel Meadows (Mallory) and Eric Meadows (Brandy Fulton); his sisters, Wanda Smith (Doug), Linda Chapman of Chapmanville, WV, Carol Beckner of Kentucky, Claudia McLeod of Florida and Margaret Butcher of Ohio; his grandchildren, Jasmine Tomblin (Meadows), Savannah Meadows and Grayson Meadows; his great grandchildren, Laramie Tomblin and Denver Tomblin; and his granddaughter Addison Harper Meadows.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
