She is survived by: her children, Robert Elkins (Julie) of Annandale, Stephannie Tomblin of South Charleston, Renee Kinser of Foster and Beth Boggess (David) of Scott Depot; her sister Rosa Lea McNeal; and her grandchildren, Bud Shadd (Lacie), Thomas Shadd (Heather), Luke Elkins, Jane Elkins, Tymothy Boggess-Gillia (KateLyn), Coltin Gore, Samantha Schubert (Trenton), Carli Boggess, Denielle Todd, Zachary Kinser and Dylan Kinser. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
