He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Baldwin and Velvie Baldwin; his wife Linda Baldwin; his grandparents, Jinx, Allie Baldwin, Van and Allie McNeely; his children, Angela Briggs and Jesse "Moe" Baldwin; his grandson Mark Joseph Brown; and his parents-in-law, Fred Dillon and Beulah Harris.
He is survived by: his children, Penny Brown (Mike) of Lick Creek, Beverly Lusk (Smiley) of Chapmanville, Jeremy Baldwin (Becky) of Lake, Carl "Porky" Baldwin and Bobby Baldwin of Chapmanville; and his close friend Rose Ferrell. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
