He was predeceased by: his parents, Lace Milt Butcher and Shelby Butcher; and his brother Bruce Gray. He is survived by: his wife Debra Butcher; his children, Farrah Farmer (Jeremy), Olivia Conley (Billy) and Jordan Workman (Kaitlynn); his great-nieces, Hailee Blankenship and Gracie Blankenship; his niece Kista Blankenship; his nephews, Christopher Adkins and Anthony Butcher; his siblings, Amy Butcher and Grant Butcher (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jermaine, Jaylen Farmer, Vanessa, Braylon, Casey, Theo Workman, Nevaeh, Oaklyn and Baby Conley; and his close friends, Richard and John Kinser.
