He was predeceased by: his parents, Olie Casto and Ethel Casto; his former wife Cathy Sue Casto; his siblings, Florence Ball, Nadell Shreve, Linda Ball, Helena Pullen, Deloris Casto, Johnny Casto, Jerry Casto and Cecil Casto; and his nephew Scotty Vincent.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Casto; his children, Roger Casto II (Frances) and Teresa Darnell (Tim); his grandchildren, Jonathon Casto (Beth Burgess), Zachery Casto (Alexis Truxhall), Breanna Jeffrey (Lauren LeBoeuf-Jeffrey), Emily Epling (Caleb Williamson), Caley Epling (Drew Blair) and Colton Epling (Josey Asbury); his great grandchildren, Walker Casto, Aubrey Casto, Annaka Casto, Zeplyn Casto and Sophia Burgess; and his siblings, Dale Casto, Margaret Vance and Genevieve Akers.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home, Inc. (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
