He is survived by: his mother Minnie Faye Evans; his daughters, Samantha Rose Evans, Madison Lynn Evans and Clarissa Faye Evans; his brother Travis Evans (Melinda); and his close friend Zach Baldwin (Tracy Adkins).
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home, Inc. (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
