He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Milburn; his brothers, Mick Hetzel and Kevin Hetzel; his grandparents, Burt and Bessie Crawford; Paul Milburn, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his son Dennis Jr. (Becky) of Charles Town, WV; his grandson Michael (Larissa); his great grandchild Raylan; and his siblings, Tonja Shank, Jeff Hetzel and Eric Hetzel (Missy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
