She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Lee Frye and Fannie Berry Jacobs Frye; her husband Wilbur Glenn Ramsburg; and her siblings, Mary F. Lehman, Francis Millis Frye, Thomas Lee Frye and George Donald Frye.
She is survived by: her son David G. Ramsburg (Stacey Hutzell) of Charles Town, WV; her grandson Grant David Ramsburg (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Paisley Addison Ramsburg and Samuel Grant Ramsburg; her nieces and nephews, Lisa Thrift, Jackie Etsell, Melanie Edwards, Thomas L. Frye, Jr., Adam Frye, Eric Frye, Scott Chrisman and Terry Lehman (Donna); her sister-in-law Charlotte Ramsburg; her nephew Todd Ramsburg (Jane); and her niece Gail Magaha (Dennis).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home (310 S Fairfax Blvd, Ranson, WV 25438). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Asbury United Methodist Church (110 W North St, Charles Town, WV 25414).
