He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wallace Clinton and Odell Ross Clinton; and his siblings, Ralph, Kenneth Clinton, Janet and Toni Clinton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Crutchfield (Mark) of Houston, Latisha Clinton of Alexandria and Virginia; his siblings, James Melvin Clinton (Joetta) of Ranson, Charles Alfred Clinton (Vivian) of Martinsburg, Bruce Clinton (Kathy) of Morgantown and Brenda Clinton of Martinsburg; his granddaughter Kennedy Crutchfield; his pet Nikko Clinton; his former wife Sylvia Clinton of Ranson; his uncle Lawrence Ross of Columbus; and his close friend Timmy Collins of Shenandoah Junction. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
