It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances DeStefano of Charles Town, West Virginia, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on September 21, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Alfred Oakley, II and Florence Winterfred Tomkins Oakley; and her daughter Ann Marie. She is survived by : her husband Frank Joseph DeStefano, Jr.; and her sons, Arthur Alfred DeStefano and Christopher DeStefano.

She loved charity walks.
