It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Lloyd Price of Charles Town, West Virginia, born in Middleburg, Virginia, who passed away on March 18, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Aubrey Lloyd and Nora Lee Lloyd; her daughter Linda Lou Murphy; and her siblings, Nora Lee Cassell, Hilda Armstrong, Mildred McCormick, Calvin, William "Billy", Alvin, Tucker and Wilmer Lloyd.

She is survived by : her husband Franklin Price, Sr.; and her children, Frances Pipes, Sherry Barb, Randall Ballenger, Franklin "Frankie" Price, Jr. and Gary Price. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
