Franklin E. Price Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Franklin E. Price of Charles Town, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 2, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Price and Ethel Price; his wife Frances Lloyd Ballenger; his brother Donald Price; and his stepchildren, Linda Lou Murphy and Randall Ballenger.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Price (Patty Kanney), Gary Price (Toni) and Sherry Price Barb (Frank Barb); his sister Peggy Price Corbin (Charles); and his stepdaughter Frances Pipes. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren and great great great-grandson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Memorial United Methodist Church of Summit Point (46 Steptoe St, Summit Point, WV 25446).
