With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Miller Jr. of Charles Town, West Virginia, born in Shenandoah, Virginia, who passed away on April 16, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Pierce and Vallie Victoria Kline Miller, Sr.; and his siblings, Raymond Miller, Annabelle Miller Hammon, Mary Miller White and Helen Miller Hodson.

He is survived by : his wife Judith Chase Miller; his children, Troy Miller (Julie) of Harpers Ferry, WV, Sharon Saige (Dru) of Jacksonville, FL, Debbie Ziegler (Matt) of Ashburn, VA and Jean Devaney (Matt) of Charles Town, WV; his grandchildren, Kenny Miller (Gabby), Jenna French (Noah), Katie Saige, Jacob Saige, Joey Saige, Bobby Ziegler, Laurie Ziegler, Spencer Devaney and Evan Devaney; and his sister Martha Burkhart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stover Funeral Home & Crematory (177 N Holliday St, Strasburg, VA 22657). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials may be made in memory of Mr. Miller to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Ln, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
