He was predeceased by : his great-grandparents, Gilbert Thomas Warnick, Sr. and Frances Mae Davis Warnick; his grandfather Fred Gaddy; and his father Jeff Gaddy. He is survived by : his mother Sylvia Smoot of Charles Town; his sons, Cameron, Tyler, Hunter and Asher; his siblings, Robert Johnson of Charles Town, Paul Gaddy of Martinsburg and Gabrielle Wilson (Donovan) of Charles Town; his grandparents, James of Charles Town, Mary Smoot of Charles Town, Frances Shreves of Charles Town, Carol Gaddy and Virginia; and his aunts, Rosa Brown of Charles Town, Dr. Jaime Smoot-Speed of Georgia and Debbie Warnick Crites (Mel) of Cumberland, Maryland. He is also survived by many great aunts and uncles and cousins.
