Hoffman (Charlene) of Charles Town, WV and Gary J. Hoffman (Kathy) of Charles Town, WV; her grandchildren, Colin (Melanie), Joseph (Michelle), Garrett, Kelsie, Cody (Brooke) and Riley; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Joseph, Emily, Logan, Hunter, Sebastian, Shelby, Colton and Lily.
