With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Flannery of Charles Town, West Virginia, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on April 5, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard M. Flannery, Sr. and Delores Elaine Reed Kitzmiller; his stepdaughter Jodi Elaine Dailey; and his siblings, Keith Flannery and Chrissy Harder.

He is survived by : his wife Susan Elaine Hardy Flannery; his stepdaughters, Sherry Denise Bennett of Bunker Hill and Amy Lynn Kleptach (Dennis) of Bunker Hill; his brother Patrick Flannery of Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Michael, Shawn, Emily, Jessica, Jacob and Dencie.
